When small businesses sell, buyers often can’t secure full bank financing, so sellers provide financing directly – creating promissory notes. We acquire seller financed business notes below a $20MM valuation.
We provide a liquidity solution for holders of seller financed business notes. We optimize portfolio construction and risk management by creating an exit option for sellers, leveraging our proprietary sourcing network, and applying institutional underwriting standards with AI-enhanced due diligence.

Travis is a seasoned credit and finance professional with 20 years of experience across distressed debt, real estate, and small business lending. He was managing partner at Pelorus Capital Group, where was instrumental in growing the debt fund from $20M in AUM to over $400M, pioneering many capital markets programs in the cannabis space. Pelorus Fund returned 13%+ IRR life to date during his tenure. At MKP Capital Management he oversaw a diversified real estate credit portfolio. He has executed over $1B in transactions across capital markets and fund platforms.

HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS
Abby is the co-founder and Chief Acquisitions Officer at Amerinote Xchange, a highly specialized family office primarily focusing on mortgage and seller-financed business loan acquisitions. With nearly two full decades of broad and extensive professional industry experience, he is widely recognized as a leading and influential thought leader in the seller note space and frequently contributes to numerous respected industry publications across the country. Abby currently leads Seller Edge’s sourcing strategy and overall seller engagement efforts today with focus.
