We're targeting the market for these Notes that sees $13.6B in annual transaction volume but operates almost exclusively through word-of-mouth and broker networks.

The Seller will receive a bid from the fund, typically 50% - 85% cents on the dollar, and a portion paid in cash and a portion paid in equity shares of the fund.
